Poseidon EV fire nozzle
This is an under vehicle nozzle that can flow 420GPM with an 1 ¾ hand line. This 17LB nozzle is multipurpose and can be used for EV fires, Hybrid Car fires, Internal Combustion Engine fires, a Portable Decontamination unit, and under carriage washing. Our Nozzle services FD, Military Bases, Hazmat Teams & Mining Facilities.Weighing less than 17 pounds allows it to be comfortably handed down from top side compartments and avoiding possible serious injury.
The number of holes spaced over the wide length of this nozzle creates one of the widest spray patterns and most efficient distribution of the water. More holes with the same gpm equals better distribution of the water. It’s all about removing the BTUs from the battery pack. Fewer holes just leads to water bouncing off without possibly having a cooling effect.
We, at Trinity Fire Products, understand that creating a tool that has other uses makes it more valuable to your limited space on rigs and a better value for your budget. Other EV nozzles are often single function devices. Poseidon gives you quick gross decontamination capabilities for hazmat incidents as well as after structural firefighting. 4 large carabiners attaches Poseidon to the underside of a ladder. This simple decon unit can be connected to a hydrant freeing up your engine for that next incident.
