Built by Naperville firefighters
Get water under the vehicle — in seconds, from any side.
Poseidon® is a nozzle built by firefighters, for firefighters. It is built to have the most efficient flow of water in a wide and controlled pattern. 400+ GPM on a standard 1¾" line, deployed from any side, and it frees up a firefighter to pull a protection line or grab extrication tools.

One tool for the fire under the car, and the cleanup after.
Poseidon is a nozzle built by firefighters, for firefighters. It is built to have the most efficient flow of water in a wide and controlled pattern. A handline from above can't get under the floor pan. At an EV fire, Poseidon is about creating a safer environment for both the patients and the firefighters for rescue. On a gas (ICE) vehicle, it floods the engine compartment from under the car. Once it's in place it keeps flowing, freeing up a firefighter to pull a protection line or grab extrication tools. Then it does a second job as a gross decon corridor.
Fast from any side. Push it under from any side, so firefighters stay out of the dangerous hot gases an EV gives off.
High flow on the hose you already carry. 400+ GPM on a 1¾" line, 500+ GPM on a 2½". Crews often start at idle on tank water (200+ GPM, without draining the tank), then, once a positive water supply is established, increase flow to 400+ GPM.
Light enough for a top compartment. 18 lb total, so it can be handed down safely.
Wide spray pattern from the top and sides, not one tall plume.

Built by firefighters, for firefighters
Poseidon works alongside your handline while creating a safer environment for your patients and your rescue crew. It's built to have the most efficient and wide flow pattern.
EV fires: a safer environment
Creating a safer environment for both the patients and the firefighters for rescue.
ICE fires: flood the engine compartment
On gas vehicles, Poseidon floods the engine compartment from under the car, even with a patient still inside.
Frees up a firefighter
Once it's flowing, Poseidon frees up a firefighter to pull a protection line or grab extrication tools. Then hang it under a ladder for on-scene gross decon.
Six jobs, one compartment
Rig space is expensive. Poseidon earns its spot.
EV & hybrid vehicle fires: Creating a safer environment for both the patients and the firefighters for rescue.
Gas (ICE) vehicle fires: floods the engine compartment from under the car, even with a patient still trapped inside.
Gross decontamination: clip it under a ground ladder with 4 carabiners and feed it from a hydrant (200 GPM at 75 psi hydrant pressure) so the engine stays free.
Undercarriage washing: rinse road salt and contaminants off apparatus and municipal vehicles.
Foam application: put down large amounts of foam quickly.
Rail car, tank & warehouse/garage fires: cool liquid rail cars, propane tanks and other containers at hazmat incidents.
Built for crews who can't wait for a burn-out
From the station down the street to the flight line.

Made by firefighters, in Naperville
Trinity Fire Products was founded in 2022 by Naperville firefighters Danny Puknaitis and Mike Jost. Poseidon started as a roughly 100-pound prototype welded in a garage and became an 18 lb, 6063 aluminum nozzle that departments now carry on their rigs. When you call, you talk to the firefighters who built it.

We'll send a Poseidon and our EV response SOG to your department for a no-cost trial. Train with it, flow it, then decide.
