Information we collect
Contact details you give us, such as your name, department or agency, title, email address, phone number, and shipping address, when you request a quote, ask for a demo, or contact us.
The messages you send us and our replies.
Order and demo details, such as products requested, quantities, and shipping dates.
Basic email engagement data. When we email you, we may record whether the email was opened and whether a link was clicked, so we can follow up appropriately.
Standard website data collected by our website host, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiries, provide quotes and product demos, process and ship orders, provide customer support, and keep a record of our business conversations with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our website host, email provider, database and hosting providers, and shipping carriers), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Google user data
Trinity CRM is an internal tool used only by Trinity Fire Products staff. It connects to our own company Gmail account through Google's Gmail API so we can send emails to customers and prospects and keep a record of those conversations. Through this connection, Trinity CRM reads email messages exchanged between our company account and our customers and prospects, and sends email on our behalf. This data is stored in our private CRM database and is used only to display conversation history to our staff and to send our business emails. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the CRM's features, to comply with the law, or for security purposes. No person outside Trinity Fire Products reads this data.
Trinity CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and security
We keep business records for as long as we need them to serve our customers and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your information.
